Training for a 5 K Run

After much thought and consideration, I’d decided to participate in my city’s 5K Color Run, on July 16th. It’s time to get into shape and start through running feet to move!

Basically, the Color Run promotes health, happiness and supporting others.  They take a portion of the money the participants pay and donate it to charity.

Below I’ll add some links to give you a bit more information on what exactly I’m participating in.
